I got to photograph Chelsea this week. She spent all of 2 minutes sitting in my chair, before she decided this was going to take a while and she’d better lay down and rest.
This is also a peak at my new chair. I can’t wait to lug it out into a field for a session. The maroon/plum color is going to look great with the yellows and greens in the fields.
This has been a great weekend. I got to work with another newborn client who is now a chubby happy seven month old. Enjoy your sneak peek H family.
My son picked the same costume as his friend, so we had to have some special Halloween portraits of them together. Then we purposely chose dalmatian costumes for the younger brothers because we just couldn’t resist.

I present to you the long awaited little J smashing his cake up storyboard. J was so expressive and really dug into that cake. For a while he was just throwing pieces of the cake around and not even eating it. Such a ham!! I love the picture of him walking off at the end with half the cake stuck to his leg. Isn’t the diaper cover and hat Mom brought so cute? Happy Birthday baby J!
I had the pleasure of photographing J for his newborn photos and then again when he was 6 months old, and now he’s a walking, babbling, one year old back for his first birthday photos. Mom did an awesome job coordinating their outfits and she brought the cutest custom diaper cover and birthday hat for his cake smash. I can’t wait to finish up his cake smash storyboard so I can share it with you all. I love making the storyboards, but I love photographing the babies digging into their cake even more. For now, here is one of J and his sister. Isn’t she just gorgeous?
