I love photography! I love that there is always something new to learn and something new to try. Yesterday I had the chance to experiment with photographing fireworks. It was so much fun, but a little stressful because there isn’t much time to get things set up and adjusted before the whole thing is over. But, I can’t wait to do it again!

This weekend my family and I ventured north for some Balloon Festival fun. We got up early to watch the balloons launch and even got a tethered hot air balloon ride. I had so much fun taking pictures of the balloons. I really wanted some pictures of my kids, but with a 5am wake up call, they weren’t really in the mood. So I present to you, a rare occurrence, pictures without people!

Just kidding! It’s really just baby Nathan x4. Although I’d love to do a session with multiples. It would be so fun to photograph multiple little newbies snuggled together. :)
I’m working away on galleries and orders, but I just wanted to share this storyboard of Nathan. I’ve wanted to do something like this for a while, so I’m glad Nathan was up for it.

I’ve had quite a busy couple of days and can’t wait to get some photos up from each of my sessions. For now, here is just one today. I love the back wrinkles.
